I'm a University of Washington grad with nearly twenty years in the service industry — including fifteen of them running my own studio — so I know exactly what it's like to be the owner, the staff, the front desk, and the marketing department all at once.

I'm also a lifelong tech enthusiast and early adopter who's been having the time of her life with AI — I built an assistant to help run my own business, then started building them for other owners. I'm a translator: the bridge between the tech gurus and the people on the ground.

My job isn't to make you technical. It's to make the technology yours.
